We create a fun & sustainable ROYAL [“Rest of Your Aligned Life”] plan. No more toxic cycles. No more “shoulding” yourself into health and wholeness.

What does it look like
Week to Week?

  • Once we kick things off, we jump on a call and create the game-plan - goals, systems, timelines. So you’re feeling crystal clear about next steps. All confidential.

  • Check in with me every week. This is where the rubber meets the road. We are going to dig deep, ask the hard questions of each other and get curious together about the painpoints in your life.

  • 24/7 Chat Support: Inside this academy you have full access to me and my team and we will respond to your messages within 24 hours.

  • Focused journalling with daily prompts from me.

  • Throughout the program, there will be several short lessons to engage with and guide you to your highest self.

  • One of the most fun elements of the program. Workshop based and cohort driven. We laugh together, cry together and push each other to be our true selves.

So how does it work?

💪🏻 Commitment: It’s an 8 week commitment.

⏰ Time: Every week we’ll set an action plan. I will be holding you accountable to it. So if we’re going to work together, I need to know you have at least 1-2 hours a week to implement the plan.
